Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Times
Your shipping time begins once your order is fully processed and packed. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. For U.S. orders, estimated shipping time is typically 2–3 weeks.
Please note: Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package through the shipping carrier’s website or by visiting our "Track Order" page.
4. Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
We are not liable for:
Lost or stolen packages
Delivery delays
Damaged items during transit
For any issues after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We do not allow changes to shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Orders will be shipped exactly as entered at checkout.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding international shipping options in the future.
