1. Do you offer refunds or returns?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please double-check your size and order information before placing your order.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the shipping carrier’s website to follow the status of your delivery.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)


4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.


5. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

After your order is shipped, Sneaker Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


6. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. The amount of time it takes for you to receive your order can vary but the standard is 2-3 weeks after your order has been processed, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. 


8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

No. All orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted.
